Denise Watson has practiced law in northeast Florida since 1979, where she began her career working as a prosecutor under State Attorney Ed Austin. She quickly moved up the ranks, ultimately becoming a homicide and sex crimes prosecutor, the most difficult cases to prosecute. She has been practicing family law exclusively since 1987.
John M. “Jay” Henderlite, III is a Jacksonville transplant who fell in love with the area while on vacation and moved here in 2010 following his graduation from Wake Forest School of Law. He began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in St. Augustine, where he regularly tried criminal cases, gaining valuable experience.
Courtney Gilbreath is a Jacksonville native. She graduated from Bishop Kenny High School and attended the University of Florida and the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She joined the firm in 2008, after working in early childhood education and the financial sector for a number of years.
Paulino Estevez is our newest addition to our office. He moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago looking to experience new things and has not looked back since. He is currently working on finishing his Bachelors in International Affairs and hopes to utilize his experience to practice law or for public service.
